Recurring rentals are $65 per hour for reserved blocks and monthly hours. Your schedule, monthly hours and total are confirmed in writing.
For recurring rentals, include your activity, preferred weekdays and times, monthly hours and desired start date in the form below. We will confirm your recurring schedule and monthly total.
Monthly rentals are paid in advance. To end future months, send written notice before the next monthly payment due date. Cancellation tiers apply separately to prepaid sessions.
Planning a one-time rental.
Include your preferred date, start and end times, activity, expected group size and any setup or equipment needs.
What happens next
We review your request and confirm availability, pricing and rental terms before your booking is finalized. Submitting a request does not reserve the space. Once approved, you will receive payment instructions to secure your booking.
Access is by stairs only. Please consider the needs of your guests and vendors when planning your visit.
